Ohhh slept in till 7am. Oh how nice it is to taper. My left calf is still killing me- I think it is from the speed wok on Wednesday, but I think it should be better by now. I charged my garmin last night but for some reason it didnt charge and was completely dead- had to run back and get my good ol' watch. Tried to do a 3 miles at my 5k pace- my legs were hurting bad, but I figured this was good for me mentally and physically so that I can push through the pain next Saturday. Laps: 7:55-some up hill, 7:45, 7:50-getting tired. 103:05- 8:07 average I think I am going to go get a massage today- my body seems to really need it!
